The Much-awaited web series is coming soon, excited?
On November 16, 2018, Amazon Prime Video India released the first season India’s most popular web television show – MIRZAPUR. The show stars Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, Vikrant Massey, Divyendu and Rasika Dugal in lead roles. Shweta Tripathi and Harshita Gaur are in supporting roles. The Karan Anshuman-Gurmeet Singh directorial got acclaim from both critics and audience.
The Crime thriller series soon became a cult among itd viewers and memes related to the show surfaced the internet. Many dialogues and scenes from the show came out be iconic.
Season 1 of the show ended to an intriguing suspense where one of the lead character played by Vikrant Massey was shot dead by Divyendu’s character. Audience remarked the show as an edge-of-the-seat thriller. After the huge success of the 1st season, the second season was much anticipated.
On 24th August, 2020, Amazon Prime Video. on its youtube channel, released a 50-sec video announcing the release date of the 2nd season of Mirzapur.
So,
Mirzapur season 2 is set to release on 23rd October, 2020.
Since
then, Mirzapur fans’ excitement and spirits are through the roof. The stage is set and
everyone is looking at the calendar every now and then in the wait of the show.
